No, it is an waterless hand sanitizer and cleaner designed to kill germs on the hands when you don't have
access to soap and water. It can also be used after hand washing to kill germs that may remain.
Contaminated products such as dip cans and bar soaps are dirty, unsightly and are easily left
contaminated from previous users. By using contaminated soaps germs and disease can be passed on to others.

Apply enough Fresh & Clean waterless hand sanitizer and cleaner into your palm to completely wet your hand. Rub thoroughly until dry (about
15 seconds). No rinsing required. No soap, water or towels needed.

Fresh and Clean contains:
- Ethyl alcohol - This active ingredient is "mother nature's disinfectant." According the American Journal of Infection Control, August, 1995, "alcohols applied to the skin are among the safest known antiseptics."
- A small amount of isopropyl alcohol - This acts as a denaturant or bittering agent.
- Emollients - Exclusive natural-based moisturizers derived from plant materials.
- Our exclusive surfactants, (cleaning agents)
- A thickener - Commonly used in natural cosmetics.
- Fragrance - Our exclusive, Fresh & Clean fragrance.
- Plus additional proprietary ingredients.

Alcohol by itself can be. However, Fresh & Clean waterless hand sanitizer and cleaner
is not drying to the skin because during use, Fresh &
Clean is not wiped off with towels. Instead, it is allowed to evaporate so it does not remove the
skin's moisture or lubricants. Fresh & Clean is formulated with emollients (moisturizers) including
aloe vera, to leave hands feeling soft. It can be used all day long without drying the skin.
Does Fresh & Clean leave a residue?

No, once Fresh & Clean has evaporated, there is virtually no residue or "stickiness" on the skin. Hands
are left feeling soft, refreshed and Fresh & Clean.
